Dance

Ballet:
Ballet is the foundation of all dances. It is important for students who wish to further their education in dance to take these classes. We offer beginning to advanced classes.
Tap:
This is a fun lively class that allows the students to learn sounds through the taps on their shoes!
Jazz:
Jazz stems from ballet technique but is a whole original style. Isolations, kicks, turns, leaps and combinations are some of the few things a jazz student.
Hip Hop:
A fun class focusing on sharp movements, isolations, stalls, and MORE!

Lyrical:
This class is a mixture from jazz, modern and of course ballet. It teaches the student to express emotion though song and dance. Minis Combo: Ballet, Jazz and tap in ONE for our younger Bittys experimenting with the art of dance. Students learn motor skills, flexibility, rhythm and balance.
Teams:
Our dance team will compete in the categories of jazz, hip hop and pom! Team offers the students a chance to compete while allowing them to develop skills in the area of teamwork, dedication, and FUN!
Leaps and Turns Technique:
A class designed to challenge the student on progressing in their leaps & turns technique and is intended for the intermediate or advanced dancer only.

Cheerleading

Fundamental Cheer Class:
Focuses on cheerleading motions, jumps, and basic cheer dance skills.
All-Star Teams:
Our three teams perform and compete throughout the west coast!

Cheerleading Reno

Tumbling

Tots - Beginner:
The main focus of beginners would be to build their basics in tumbling and learning body coordination. The forward rolls, backward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, to cartwheels and round-offs.
Intermediate:
This level should be starting to work on standing tumbling and connection tumbling. Standing back-handsprings, round-offs back-handsprings, front hand-springs, and tuck drills.
Advanced:
The skill level should be around standing tucks, round-off tucks, front flips, connection round-off back-handspring tucks, and consecutive back-handsprings.
Elite:
Skills will be all level twists, standing twists, and Arabians.

Stunting

We offer classes in co-ed and all girl pod stunting; teaching all positions including flyer, back-spot and bases.

Conditioning

Our classes our high intensity, functional workouts that will challenge the students entire body, while blasting away body fat and building lean muscle. It’s a fun and challenging way to exercise that will help you use your body the way it was meant to be used, not the way machines force you to. These classes are guaranteed to build muscle, improve your health, and get stronger.
